The DLA Holistic Health and Fitness program covers two procurement pathways. Whether you need the complete fitness test kit, individual NSN items, or a custom facility build-out, the order moves through one channel from quote to delivery.

Despite the Army's AFT/CFT branding, H2F equipment is available to every branch of the U.S. Department of War (SOCOM, Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Space Force, Coast Guard, National Guard) and to federal agencies including DHS, Customs & Border Protection, TSA, and federal law enforcement.
